Mobile crushers for sale in Australia
Mobile jaw and impact crushers from Rubble Master and Komplet span 30 to 450 tph and turn concrete, rock, asphalt and construction waste into spec product on your site.
/ overview
A mobile crusher turns material already on your site, including demolition concrete, quarried rock, asphalt millings and mixed construction waste, into a saleable, reusable product. You avoid paying to cart it away and buy aggregate back. We supply two of the strongest ranges in the world: Rubble Master impact and jaw crushers, and the Komplet compact jaw range.
How to choose. Start with your material and your volume. Hard, abrasive rock points to a jaw crusher; concrete, asphalt and mixed demolition point to an impactor for a cubical, well-graded product. Then match throughput to your daily target and the inlet opening to your largest feed size.
- Cubical output. Aggregates are gradable and compactable, making them ideal for base and sub-base.
- Rebar liberation. These machines are built for reinforced concrete, so steel separates cleanly from the aggregate stream.
- Crush & screen in one pass. Produce a commodity-grade screened product with an on-board or paired screen.
- One-operator running. Radio-remote tracks and simple hydraulic adjustment let you load, crush and move on your own.

/ questions
Common questions
Impact crusher or jaw crusher: which do I need?
Jaw crushers (Komplet K-JC range, RM J110X) are best for hard, abrasive rock and primary reduction where you want a controlled top size. Impact crushers (RM 70GO!, 90X, 100X, 120X) shine on concrete, asphalt and construction waste. They produce a cubical, well-graded product and liberate rebar cleanly. If you crush mixed demolition material, an impactor is usually the better all-rounder; for granite and hard stone, a jaw.
What size crusher do I need?
Match throughput to your daily volume and match the inlet to your largest feed. Our compact machines (RM 70GO!, Komplet K-JC 503/604) run 30–150 tph for smaller producers and tight sites; the RM 90X/100X and K-JC 805 cover 140–250 tph; the RM 120X and RM J110X handle 350–450 tph for quarry and large recycling duty. Tell us your material and target and we will size it with you.
Can these crushers handle reinforced concrete?
Yes. Every machine we supply is built to crush reinforced concrete. Hydraulic release systems pass tramp iron and clear blockages, and an optional overband magnet pulls liberated rebar off the product belt.
Can I hire a crusher instead of buying?
Yes. Crusher hire is available Australia-wide for projects that do not warrant a purchase. See our crusher hire page, or talk to Craig about the right machine for your job.
Who does Jaws Crushers represent?
