A tracked stacking conveyor or radial stockpiler moves material away from your crusher or screen and stacks it into a bigger, better-shaped pile. You rehandle less, tie up fewer loaders and keep the plant feeding. We supply two: the compact Komplet K-TC 460 tracked stacker and the EZYSTAK R6536TR tracked radial stockpiler with a 65 ft belt.
How to choose. Start with the pile you need to build and the volume feeding it. For a tight site or a compact plant where the goal is to stop a loader shuttling product, a tracked stacker like the K-TC 460 does the job. For a big stockpile, blending or loadout off a high-output plant, the EZYSTAK R6536TR radial stockpiler earns its keep with real reach.

What is a radial stockpiler?
A radial stockpiler is a conveyor on tracks or wheels that slews through a radial arc while it discharges, laying material in a large kidney-shaped pile. Because it sweeps rather than stacking in one spot, it holds far more tonnes than a fixed stacker and lets you blend or segregate grades as you go. The EZYSTAK R6536TR is our tracked radial stockpiler.
Tracked stacker or radial stockpiler: which do I need?
The Komplet K-TC 460 is a compact tracked stacker for tight sites and moderate volume. It replaces a wheel loader on the stacking task and builds a clean pile to 4,600 mm. The EZYSTAK R6536TR is a tracked radial stockpiler with a 65 ft belt for much larger stockpile capacity, blending and loadout. Tell us your throughput and pile target and we will size it with you.
Can a conveyor replace a wheel loader?
Yes, for the stacking task. The K-TC 460 is built to take material straight off a crusher or screen and stack it, so a loader no longer shuttles back and forth. That cuts fuel, labour and double-handling. A stockpile conveyor runs for a fraction of a loader’s hourly cost.
Do they work with any crusher or screen?
Yes. Both machines take feed from any plant and are set up under the discharge to keep material flowing. The EZYSTAK R6536TR can be optioned with an overband magnet, dual power, an auto radial system and a chevron belt to suit the duty.
