The Komplet City Crusher is a compact electric jaw crusher rated to 80 tph through a 680 × 400 mm jaw, producing a 20–80 mm product. It runs on a plug-in 380 V, 70 kW electric drive instead of a diesel engine, so it crushes concrete, brick and rubble with no on-board diesel engine or exhaust. At 9,000 kg it is built for jobs a diesel machine cannot reach, including buildings, basements, tunnels and dense inner-city sites where exhaust and access matter. Plug it into site power or a generator and crush your own material where it falls.
Applications: Indoor and basement demolition, inner-city and CBD sites, hospitals, tunnels and any job where an on-board diesel engine rules out a conventional crusher.

Zero exhaust emissions
An electric drive puts out no fumes, so it can crush inside buildings, basements and tunnels a diesel machine is locked out of.

Runs off site mains or a generator at 70 kW. No fuel to cart in, no engine to service or refuel.

Hydraulically raising magnet
The magnet raises hydraulically for clearance and pulls rebar out of crushed concrete.

Going electric costs nothing in output. It still crushes at up to 80 tph, the same as the diesel K-JC 704.
