The Komplet K-JC 503 is the smallest jaw crusher in the Komplet range, a compact tracked machine rated to 30 tph through a 500 × 300 mm jaw and producing a 20–80 mm product. At just 3,400 kg it is light enough to float on a small trailer and narrow enough to track through a standard gateway or doorway, so it can crush inside a partial demolition, in a basement or on a fenced-in urban block where nothing bigger fits. A single-toggle jaw with hydraulic jaw adjustment handles reinforced concrete, brick and rubble, turning it into reusable aggregate on the spot.
Applications: Tight-access and internal demolition, urban infill blocks, landscapers and small civil contractors processing their own concrete and brick.
