K-IC 70: Compact impact crusher

The compact impactor shapes recycled concrete, asphalt and light aggregate into a cubical product with one machine.

/ overview

The Komplet K-IC 70 is a compact impact crusher rated to 80 tph, taking feed through a 650 × 500 mm inlet and producing a 20–80 mm product. Where a jaw crusher splits material, an impactor hammers it against an adjustable breaker for a more cubical, better-shaped aggregate. That is why it suits recycled concrete, asphalt and soft natural rock destined for reuse. At 13,000 kg with a 75 kW diesel engine, it moves between sites easily and runs with one operator. It is the impact option when product shape and a clean finished spec matter more than raw crushing force.

Applications: Recycled concrete and asphalt, light natural rock and aggregate producers who need a clean, cubical finished product.

/ features

What sets it apart.

  1. Impactor, not a jaw

It breaks material against an adjustable impact wall rather than crushing it, giving a more cubical, better-shaped aggregate.

  2. Up to 80 tph

A 75 kW diesel drive pushes concrete, asphalt and soft rock through at up to 80 tph.

  3. 650 × 500 mm inlet

A wide feed opening swallows slab and asphalt lump without constant hand-breaking at the hopper.

  4. Adjustable 20–80 mm output

Set the breaker gap to drop a consistent 20–80 mm product straight onto the discharge belt.

  5. Compact and transportable

At 13,000 kg it moves between sites easily and runs with a single operator.

  6. Cut cartage and tip fees

Crush your own concrete and asphalt on-site and reuse it instead of trucking waste out and buying aggregate back in.
