RM J110X: Mobile jaw crusher

Rubble Master’s new heavy-duty mobile jaw was built from a blank canvas with the heaviest crushing chamber in its class and RM ease of use.

/ overview

The RM J110X is a mobile single-toggle jaw crusher rated to 450 tph, fed through a 1,100 × 700 mm inlet and powered by a CAT C9.3B (280 kW / 375 HP). Its crushing chamber is the heaviest in its class. The jaw alone accounts for 38% of the machine’s 52,000 kg weight and is up to 10% deeper than comparable crushers, delivering relentless crushing of granite, rock, concrete and demolition material. A wide 45–175 mm closed-side-setting range, hydraulic relief system and RM XSMART telemetry come standard.

Applications: Primary crushing of granite and hard rock, quarry duty, concrete and heavy demolition recycling.

/ features

What sets it apart.

  1. Heaviest chamber in its class

The jaw is 38% of machine weight and up to 10% deeper than comparable crushers, giving you more crushing action and uptime in tough rock.

  2. Wide CSS range

Adjust the closed-side setting from 45 to 175 mm while crushing, so one machine covers a wide product spread.

  3. Hydraulic relief system

Opens a staggering 320 mm to pass tramp iron and clear blockages without shovelling.

  4. Reverse crushing

Run the jaw in reverse to crush sticky material or unblock the chamber with ease.

  5. Fast jaw changes

Quick-release wedges, lifting hooks and a built-in hydraulic cylinder cut a fixed-jaw change to a few hours.

  6. RM XSMART telemetry

Included as standard. Track tonnages, generate job reports and monitor machine condition from your phone.
