The RM Screen Line is Rubble Master’s range of mobile screeners, not a single model. It spans heavy-duty scalping screens and precision incline screens across roughly 220 to 660 tph. Scalpers (the HS series, double-deck) strip fines and oversize ahead of a crusher, or size raw soils and organics, and forgive dirty, rocky feed. Incline screens (the MSC series, two and three deck) give aggregate producers a sharper, multi-product cut. All run a diesel-hydraulic drive with 2 to 3-deck configurations. We size the exact model to your material and throughput, whether you process soils and organics, aggregates or mining feed.
Applications: Scalping ahead of a crusher, sizing soils and organics, aggregate production, and high-volume quarry and mining duty.

Choose a heavy-duty scalper (HS series) to strip fines and oversize, or a precision incline screen (MSC series) for a multi-product aggregate cut.

The range runs from the RM HS3500M at around 220 tph up to the HS11000M at around 660 tph, so it can be sized to your volume.
