The Komplet Kompatto 104 is a mobile screener rated to 200 tph, built to separate crushed and raw material into clean, sized fractions on-site. Its 3,015 × 1,240 mm screenbox drives that throughput, sorting recycled concrete, aggregate, sand, gravel and topsoil into saleable product. At 8,000 kg and 35 kW (45 Hp) it moves on a standard trailer, and the whole machine folds down to fit inside a 40 ft container, so it ships and relocates without oversize permits. Feed it straight off a Komplet or Rubble Master crusher to turn crushed material into a finished, spec product in one pass.
Applications: Grading crushed aggregate, and screening topsoil, sand, gravel and recycled concrete on-site for recyclers, quarries and civil contractors.
