Kompatto 5030: Mobile 3-way-split screener

The high-output Kompatto is a 250 tph incline screener that converts hydraulically between a three-way and two-way split.

/ overview

The Komplet Kompatto 5030 is a mobile screener rated to 250 tph (280 US tph), built around a heavy-duty single-shaft incline screenbox. Its headline feature is a rapid hydraulic conversion between a three-way split (three sized products) and a two-way split (two products), so one machine covers both jobs without a rebuild. The screenbox has a 2,450 × 970 mm top deck and a 2,190 × 970 mm lower deck, with adjustable stroke and speed to tune the cut, and a variable-speed hopper meters feed to hold throughput steady. At 12,000 kg and 35 kW (45 Hp) it transports readily and pairs with a crusher to make a finished, sized product in one pass.

Applications: Aggregate producers and recyclers making multiple sized products such as road base, drainage stone and sand in one pass.
