Concrete recycling turns the broken slab, footing and demolition concrete already on your site into reusable road base and aggregate, instead of paying to cart it to landfill and buy crushed rock back. A mobile crusher does the work where the material falls: it breaks the concrete down to a graded product, and a magnet lifts the liberated reinforcing steel off the belt. For a defined, saleable spec you add a screener. The result is compactable base you can reuse under hardstands, driveways and pavements, or sell on, with far less trucking, tipping and bought-in aggregate.

Can you recycle concrete with rebar in it?
Yes. Impact and jaw crushers are built to crush reinforced concrete. Hydraulic release systems pass tramp iron and clear blockages, and an optional overband magnet lifts the liberated rebar off the product belt for separate scrap recovery. The steel comes out clean and the concrete becomes usable aggregate.
What can recycled concrete be used for?
Crushed concrete makes compactable road base and sub-base for hardstands, car parks, driveways and pavements, as well as pipe bedding, drainage material and general fill. Screen it to grade a defined product and you have a spec material to reuse on-site or sell.
