A hired mobile crusher turns demolition concrete, quarried rock, reclaimed brick and mixed construction waste into a saleable, reusable product on your own hardstand. Concrete crushing
Slab, footing and demolition concrete crushed into reusable road base and aggregate. Reinforced concrete is no problem. The machines pass tramp iron and liberate rebar cleanly off the belt.
Rock crushing
Granite, basalt, sandstone and quarried hard rock reduced to a graded, compactable product on the pad instead of being trucked out and replaced with bought-in spec aggregate.
Brick crushing
Reclaimed and demolition brick crushed into fill, drainage aggregate and hardcore, so a load of rubble becomes a load of product.
Construction waste and asphalt
Mixed construction and demolition waste and asphalt millings turned into usable material on site, cutting what leaves the gate and what has to be bought in.

We arrange hire across the Rubble Master and Komplet ranges through our own stock and the machine owners we work with. Availability varies by region and season, so tell us your job and we’ll match a machine. Rubble Master impact crushers are the all-rounders for concrete, brick, asphalt and mixed construction waste, producing a cubical, well-graded product. The range covers the RM 70GO! at up to 150 tph, the RM 90X and 100X through the 200–250 tph band, and the RM 120X at up to 350 tph. For hard, abrasive rock and controlled primary reduction, the RM J110X mobile jaw runs up to 450 tph.
Where access is tight or the job is smaller, the Komplet compact jaws move into places a full-size machine can’t and still crush reinforced concrete and rock. The K-JC 704 runs at up to 80 tph and the K-JC 805 at up to 140 tph. We size the machine to your material and throughput, not the other way around.

The real number comes from a handful of drivers. Get these in front of Craig and you’ll receive a rate that reflects your job, not an average.
Machine size and throughput
A compact 30–80 tph jaw hires at a different rate to a 250–450 tph impactor. Bigger machines clear more per day but cost more per day, so the trick is matching the machine to the job without over-sizing it.
How long you need it
Day, week or across a project. Longer hires generally work out to a lower rate per tonne, because mobilisation is spread across more crushing.
Operated or dry
Whether we supply an operator, and who fuels the machine, changes the number. Tell us how your crew is set up and we quote it that way.
Getting it there
Float distance to and from your site, and how the machine has to be transported, feed into mobilisation. A job close to base costs less to service than one hours away.
Material and wear
Hard, abrasive rock chews through wear parts faster than clean concrete. Abrasive material and fine output settings mean more wear cost over the hire.
Volume and access
How many tonnes you are processing, and how easily the machine can be fed and the product cleared, decide how many days you actually need it on hire.

How much does it cost to hire a crusher?
There is no single day rate. Crusher hire is quoted per job because the cost is driven by the machine size, how long you need it, whether it runs operated or dry, the float distance to your site, and how hard and abrasive your material is. A compact crusher on a short job near base is a very different number to a high-output impactor mobilised across a state for weeks. What can I crush with a hired crusher?
Concrete (including reinforced), rock, brick, mixed construction waste and asphalt millings. Jaw crushers suit hard, abrasive rock and primary reduction; impact crushers suit concrete, brick and demolition material, where they produce a cubical, well-graded product and separate the rebar. Match throughput to your daily volume and match the inlet to your largest feed. Compact jaws around 30–80 tph suit tight sites and smaller jobs; mid-range impactors run 140–250 tph; the biggest machines handle 350–450 tph for quarry and large recycling duty.
