Multivol: Hooklift / container carrier

A new-generation hooklift built around a bolted modular frame with minimal electronics, rated from 18 to 30 tonnes.

/ overview

The Cayvol Multivol is a new-generation hooklift and container carrier rated from 18 to 30 tonnes across its range. It loads, carries and swaps roll-on/roll-off containers from a single truck. Its bolted modular frame has no structural welds, while nylon column guides and combined hydraulic and pneumatic control keep electronics and failure points to a minimum. The range spans a telescopic version (MV-22/65), an articulated version (MV-15/50CA) and a semi-trailer version (SRMV-30/70), with a heavy-duty line for the hardest duty cycles.

Applications: Waste and recycling collection, construction and demolition container handling, roll-on/roll-off transport, and landfill and wastewater duty cycles (HD range).

/ features

What sets it apart.

  1. 18–30 t rated load

Rated from 18 to 30 tonnes across the range, so there is a Multivol for light collection through to heavy roll-on/roll-off work.

  2. Bolted modular build

Assembled from bolted modules rather than welds, so sections can be replaced and the unit rebuilt rather than scrapped.

  3. Minimal electronics

Nylon column guides and combined hydraulic and pneumatic control keep electronic failure points to a minimum for reliable field service.

  4. Three configurations

Telescopic (MV-22/65), articulated (MV-15/50CA) and semi-trailer (SRMV-30/70) versions cover different chassis and container needs.

  5. Heavy-duty range

An HD range is built for the relentless lift cycles of landfill and wastewater operations.

  6. Options to suit

A radio remote and an integrated weighing cell are available to speed handling and capture load weights.
