The Viper / JAWSU screening bucket is a widely used industrial tool for several different screening, crushing, mixing, and land-filling purposes.
The Viper screening bucket has a solid, simplified WEAR-steel construction that ensures easy and long-life operation. Simplified strong construction and innovative design ensure easy maintenance and low weight. Our screening buckets are manufactured in eight different sizes, based on the customer need, and capacity requirements. They are powered with strong hydraulic motors and changeable blade sets.
We provide a quick and affordable spare parts service to our customers to ensure there are no interruptions in their operations. Viper screening buckets are successfully used by:
and many additional activities related to material handling.
TOP SOIL SCREENING
Screening buckets are ideal for top soil screening. Top soil is needed for public yards, bigger grass covered areas and private yards. It is easy to mix different materials like sand and fertilizers to top soil while screening.
FILLING HOLES
Piping and cable excavations can be quickly filled with screening bucket. It is possible to achieve significant savings by directly screening the excavation soil material and re-using it as fine filling soil for the pipes and cables.
COMPOSTING
The composting process can be accelerated by mixing and by adding air to the composting material with Viper screening buckets. Manure, green waste and for example the waste sludge can be turned into nutritious, valuable soil material with screening bucket.
INDUSTRIAL USES
Uninterrupted process is crucial in many industrial uses. Screening bucket is cheap investment for crushing and screening clodded or freezed materials, typically salt and fertilizers.
TIMBER AND WOOD
Screening of wood chips and bark chips is one of the most cost-efficient ways of using Viperscreening buckets. They can also easily clean the stumps for re-cycling.
RE-CYCLING
Viper screening buckets can be used for separating the fine materials from the construction waste, crush re-cycled glass before melting process or rip open food products before composting – this is just few of the scenarios for using Viper screening buckets.
PEAT – The Bigger, The Better
The Viper screening bucket can be used for separating rocks and stumps from the peat before further processing. In general, the bigger Viper screening bucket models are most suitable for screening light materials like peat.
STABILIZATION
The drying of wet or clayed soil can be improved by mixing lime or cement to the Viper screening bucket, and at the same time as rocks are removed from the screened material.
